Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Boba Savvy. If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund. Please note that we cannot exchange any product if it has been opened.

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn’t like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item.
